Funding for new range delayed due to budgeting, but it is just on hold.
Old business
Neese & Waters 50-yard carbine/musket plaques? Phil Spaugy will check into status of plaques. Old plaques are in the museum at Ft. Shenendoah.
Kent Snyder asked about a year end plaque for Smoothbore.

Move to amend Sec 5 Art 5 to read, “There shall be two annual meetings a year. The first shall be held at the first skirmish of the year, and the second between Oct 10 and Nov. 30. (The amendment removes the necessity for a February meeting.) M rba, sbg.
