onto Hopewell Road; take first Left onto Woodland St, few hundred yards on left

- New York Thruway (87) (one exit South
of 90/87) Exit 21B Coxsackie; (after toll booth) take Left on 9W ; take Right
on 81; take Right on 32 for 2 miles; Left on 405; go one-half mile, Right
on 401; go a few miles down the road, Left on 404, then just over the hill
on the right --OR--
New York Thruway (87) (one exit North of 90/87) Exit 22; after toll booth
take Right on 144 South; Right on 396 West; ~ 2 miles to traffic light, Straight
8 more miles (Rt 396 becomes Rt 301); Left on Rt 32 South ~ 7 miles (just
past Agway) Right on 404~ 2 miles to stop sign at 401; straight thru, over
hill, range on Right
Saratoga
- Mass Turnpike (to end) to NY Thruway; about 12 miles to Exit B1, after toll
booth take 90 West (Albany) [rest area 1 mile]; about 12 miles, just after you
go over Hudson River, take 787 North (Troy) [at mile marker 7.4, Watervliet
Arsenal is on the left]; about 6 miles to 7 West; about 3 miles to 87 (North)
[rest area at mile marker 13.9]; about 15 miles to Exit 12 Malta (signs for
Saratoga Battlefield); Right off the exit, straight at 1st light, straight at
2nd lights; about 5 miles take Right at Rt 9P (the lake, South Shore Marina
across the road); go 2 miles, Right on Rt. 423 (signs for Saratoga Batlefield);
go 4 miles, take Left on Rt 32 (signs for Saratoga Battlefield); GO PAST Battlefield,
(about 1.5 mile past battlefield) Right on DUELL RD (sign "Saratoga National
Cemetary"), Old Saratoga Muzzle Loading Club is about a mile on right

Middletown
- Rt 84 to to exit 4 (Rte 17 West); to exit 119 (Rte 302). Go Left (South) off
the exit ramp for 7/10 of a mile to traffic light. Make a Left onto Rt 17M;
go 5/10 of a mile, through first stop light, and another 6/10 of a mile to Right
on DEMAN RD (when you see Blueberry Mountain Ice Cream on the left, go around
the right hand curve, and where the road curves to the left, Deman Rd will be
on the right*; go to stop sign, turn Right into
the Shawangunk Fish and Game property.
*(if you miss the turn for
Deman Rd, continue along the road till you see the school bus company off to
the right BEAKES Ave, take the sharp Right just before it, you will come to
the stop sign and go Straight into the club.)

Winchester
- (from New England; Phil's Route, revised) - MASS PIKE WEST to
exit 9 (Sturbridge), I 84 SOUTH across CT into NY; take exit 7, Rt 300 (to I
87); I 87 South to exit 15, I 287 South into NJ; to exit 21B, I 78 West into
PA, which runs into I 81 South through MD, WVa; to Winchester, VA; take Rt 37
SOUTH (exit 317); Ft. Shenandoah is first exit (Rt 522 North)- 7 miles out of
town, look for the sign for Rt 600, Siler Rd., take that Right, then another
Right at the Ft. Shenandoah sign (there's a small sign 687).
** to visit Gettysburg, take exit 59 off I 81 (Rt 581 East, just west of Harrisburg);
to Rt 15 South; take exit for Rt 97 West (Baltimore Pike); after you pass the
gates of the Evergreen Cemetary, take Left at lights on Steinwehr Ave; go past
Washington St, entrance to Visitor Center will be on left. To go to Ft Shenandoah,
follow Taneytown Rd (the street in front of Visitor Center) south to Rt 15 South;
to Frederick, Md; take 340/9 (Berryville) South; to Rt 7 West; (you will come
into Winchester from the east) take I 81 North to exit 317 for Rt 37; Ft. Shenandoah
is first exit (Rt 522) - 7 miles out of town, look for the sign for Rt 600,
Siler Rd., take that right, then another right at the Ft. Shenandoah sign (there's
a small sign 687).
